Our two partners, Mike Rollings and Vivienne Oliver, have both acquired wide industry experience with Ernst & Young and Baker Tilly before the establishment of Rollings Oliver LLP and are committed to bringing technical expertise; responsiveness and integrity to our clients.
We specialise in advising the stakeholders of companies in financial difficulties and will initially spend some time, at no cost to the client, understanding the issues and challenges involved in order that we can provide relevant, timely advice and solutions.
Our current assignments are spread throughout the UK and require varying degrees of involvement. We take a principled yet commercial approach and are especially well placed to undertake work where larger firms may be conflicted or may struggle to be cost effective. In particular, our most recent assignments have included the supervision of build-outs and sales of major property developments; large group restructuring; realising value from intellectual property; s110 procedures; solvent solutions for media groups and claims litigation.
